On portraying Chad Michael Murray's TV mom: "Karen is much more courageous than I am, especially when it comes to raising children. I think what I like most about her is that she is so strong."

On getting a hot new (on-camera) boyfriend: "I hear that Karen will have a love interest [this season]. At one time they were looking at Bon Jovi, which I would not have minded (big smile!). However, I am married and I must say, having to make-out with anybody besides my husband will be weird. So far, we haven't had to deal with that, but it's my job."

On the girls of One Tree Hill: "[Bethany] Joy is the sweetest, most considerate individual. Hilarie is fun! This is a girl who can whip together a new dress, by hand, in one afternoon. Like Peyton, she marches to her own drum. Sophia is all girl. She has the most amazing presence. She is very sexy and she doesn't even know it...I don't think Chad stood a chance. No, not at all.

On growing up in the spotlight: "When I was [starting out as an actor], I didn't want to ask too many questions. Sometimes that's good. Making mistakes can teach you a lot. It's not an easy industry to be in when you are young. My advice: 'keep your ears and eyes open, never listen to the critics and don't believe your own press.'"

One Tree Hill actress, Barbara Alyn Woods (think Nathan's mom) gives you an up close and personal view of life behind the scenes.

On The Chad: "I've done two scenes with Chad, very small, and, well, I knew he had charisma, anybody can see that on screen, but when he looked in my eyes, I went 'Whoa!' I am sure he is at least ten years younger than me, but he just got to me, you know? He looks in your soul. He is quite extraordinary."

On becoming human: "Playing perfect is so not as fun as playing someone with flaws! So I'm glad to say my character may be going off a bit this season. She used to be a little holier than thou, and now she's having a little sex. This is a good thing."

On doin' the deed: "Sex with two brothers? I thought 'Hallelujah!' I've just had two kids, so if they want to see me having sex, I was just like, bring it on. I am so there."

On the future: "I don't know if there's anything more for me in terms of love, but I hope so and I hope he is gorgeous. I think I'm going to be getting a bit edgier and a younger love interest would not be a problem with me."
